Returns Policy
Hay can be exchanged/returned up to one week from Purchase/Delivery, no exceptions.
You drop off hay to our ranch = Full return - restocking 10% fee
We pick it up within our normal free delivery area = $3/Bale + 10% restocking fee. (minimum $30 charge)
Exchange
Exchange your hay for something different = price difference + $2/Bale in addition to our normal minimums(10 bales + exchanged bales).
Cancelled orders and returns will have a 10% restocking fee
Shipping
Our Delivery area is within south west Florida. Palmetto to Fort Myers. Free delivery only applies to 10+ bales and within the Palmetto to Fort Myers area. We will deliver to other parts of Florida, extra charges may apply.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
