Returns Policy
Hay can be returned up to one week from Purchase/Delivery, no exceptions.
You drop off hay to our location = Full return - restocking 10% fee
We pick it up within our normal free delivery area = 25% restocking fee. (minimum $30 charge)
Exchange
Exchange your hay for something different within a week of delivery = price difference + $3/Bale in addition to our normal minimums(10 bales + exchanged bales) otherwise there could incur a delivery fee.
Cancelled orders and returns will have a 10% restocking fee
Shipping
Our Delivery area is within south west Florida. Parrish to Naples. Free delivery only applies to 10+ bales and within the Parrish to Naples area. We will deliver to other parts of Florida, extra charges may apply.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Warranty
Sunshine Lane Hay llc, a hay and feed supplier does not give any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and in particular, does not give any warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to the results to be obtained from the use of the hay and or feed or other products sold pursuant to the agreement. Any claim the purchaser may have with respect to the hay, feed or other products or respect to any charges for the same must be made in writing and Sunshine Lane hay LLC must be given an oportunity to examine the product and any animals said to be affected. In any event, the liability of Sunshine Lane Hay LLC , whether in contract or totr or otherwise, from any loss or damage arising out of or connected with, or arising from a breach by Sunshine Lane Hay is limited to the price allocated to the hay, feed or other products covered by the agreement that gives to the claim. In no event shall Sunshine Lane Hay LLC be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage by the purchaser, sush as but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or down time.
In simple terms, we will accept retun of unopened bales within a week of delivery/pickup if the hay does not meet your expectations for a credit/refund according to above policies. We do not, however, accept any liability from its use.
